03 Jul Lekki Free Trade Zone, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos And The Opportunities For Investors
It was indeed an awesome weekend as we witnessed the Pre-Launch of Longrich Nigeria manufacturing plant in the Lekki Free Trade Zone, Ibeju Lekki, Lagos. This unique ceremony took place on Saturday, 7th April, 2019 and was graced by the governor of Lagos state, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode. Upon completion of this $50 million facility in the free trade zone, there will be lots of new jobs creation for our people, wealth for investors and this will aid to boost the nation’s foreign exchange earnings. Of-course, investors will not be left out in this. This is just one of the many projects in this region.
As more projects open up in The Lekki Free Trade Zone corridor, there will be massive opportunities for investors to create wealth. Due to the movement of people towards this axis in a few years time, there will be need for Houses where people will live, Schools, Banks, Supermarts, Hotels, Churches, Mosques, Recreational/ Event Centers, Shops, Offices, Markets…to mention but a few. So having properties in this region at this time, now it is readily affordable, if you ask me , is one of the best decisions you would ever make.
You never can tell when sure opportunities will land your way again. Remember, you might not be doing it for yourself, but as an investment in your future and that of your children. A wise man once said “Find Out Where People Are Going & Buy Land Before They Get There!”
